Office Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual who takes ownership, shows initiative, and actively contributes to creating an efficient and positive office environment!

YOUR TASKS

  • Organization and coordination of day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
  •  Administrative, organizational, and operational support for the management team 
  • Responsibility for preparatory accounting, including invoice management and document administration
  • Support with grant reporting, documentation, and compliance-related reporting requirements
  • Planning, coordination, and organization of business trips, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordination and optimization of internal workflows and organizational processes
  • Planning and organization of company events, team activities, and corporate celebrations

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree (university or university of applied sciences)
  • Goal-oriented and structured working style combined with the ability to grasp new topics quickly 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality 
  • Accurate, reliable, and independent way of working 
  • Interest in engineering and technology is an advantage 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

We offer a part-time (20-25 hours/week) in a highly interesting and dynamic high-tech company in Vienna (near the main railway station) with attractive remuneration.

The gross annual salary for this position is EUR 33,000 (full-time); in addition, we offer overpayment  in line with the market depending on qualifications and experience. Our company structure ensures very fast decision-making processes and high effectiveness.
