Bring a European high-tech innovation to the USA, hands-on and close to the customer!
We are expanding our activities in the United States and are looking for a technically skilled professional to support our systems directly at customer and partner sites across the USA, perform measurements, and bring our technology to life in real-world applications.
US citizenship is required for this position.
YOUR TASKS
- Supporting and providing technical assistance to customers in the USA – from the initial inquiry to on-site measurements and demonstrations
- Working closely with US customers in industries such as aerospace, defense, and research institutions (e.g. Boeing and others)
- Conducting laser-acoustic measurement campaigns, feasibility studies, and application tests in existing customer NDT environments (e.g. laboratories, research institutes, industrial customers)
- Preparing project reports, technical analyses, and application recommendations
- Representing XARION at trade shows, scientific conferences, and on-site customer visits
- Supporting customers in understanding and successfully implementing our systems on-site
YOUR PROFILE
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory requirement)
- Completed degree (Master’s degree oder equivalent) in a technical or engineering discipline (e.g. Aerospace, Mechanics, Structural, Materials Science, Physics...)
- At least 2 years of experience (internships, industry experience, ideally customerrelated in aerospace or NDT)
- High interest oder experience in engineering, NDT, manufacturing, quality inspection, or ultrasonic testing
- Hands-on experience in lab work, test setups, optics, metrology, industrial quality testing, or laser technology
- Reliable and self-driven personality with an interest in international customer collaboration
- Entrepreneurial spirit: confident, self-driven, strong personality
- Willingness to travel frequently within the USA (without permanent relocation responsibility)
- Strong communication skills and independent working style
- Note: Candidates holding only US citizenship are preferred (dual citizenship is possible but not required)
