Eta100 Ultra
XARION's Eta100 Ultra membrane-free Optical Microphone allows coverage of the acoustic frequency bandwidth from 10 Hz to 1MHz with a single sensor head.
The Eta100 Ultra Optical Microphone was designed as a soundfield characterization sensor to withstand very high sound pressure levels of up to 180 dB (A) SPL. Additionally, it is applied in ultrasonic welding as well as USP laser processing.
