Joint patent XARION and Northrop Grumman

A joint invention of XARION and Northrop Grumman Corporation has been published as patent applications US 2020/0348267A1 and EP 3734267A1. The patent will protect a specific setup for laser beam conditioning for non-destructive inspection using laser-excited acoustics.
