XARION LEA integrated into Testia's first cobotized ultrasonic inspection system for Airbus R&D
XARION is proud to have contributed to Testia's first cobotized ultrasonic inspection system, delivered to the Airbus Aircraft R&D laboratory in Germany. The system combines robotics and automation with multiple ultrasonic inspection techniques within a single, flexible laboratory platform.
As a key technology partner, XARION contributed its contact-free, laser-based ultrasonic testing (UT) technology, enabling dry ultrasonic inspection in an automated, cobotized environment.
The contact-free UT functionality is operated via XARION's LEAstudio software, providing intuitive system control, data acquisition and evaluation for laser-based ultrasonic inspections.
