Linear frequency response from 10 Hz to 1 MHz
This linearity allows for precise measurements of time signals and frequency distributions of audio-acoustic and ultrasonic sound emitters such as air-coupled ultrasonic piezos.

EMI environments
The sensor head is completely insensitive to strong electro-magnetic fields. Thus, sound can be recorded in applications that are out of reach for classical microphones.

Very high sound pressure levels
Especially the Eta100 Ultra was designed to measure very high sound pressure levels. All our microphones are immune to damage by excessive pressure levels.
