Senior Application Engineer

Your tasks will be:

  • Feasibility studies and application trials in the acoustic and laser lab
  • Conducting measurement and training days for clients
  • Project management and coordination of the team in the field of application development
  • Analysing customer requirements as well as conducting and evaluating projects
  • Technical handling of customer inquiries
  • Presentations at trade shows, on-site support for clients and project partners
  • Identification of new business areas and sales opportunities in the B2B-sector
  • Support for existing customers

Your profile should include:

  • Your level of fascination with an innovative invention and desire to engage yourself intensively with this technology
  • PhD in physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering etc. or a university degree and relevant professional experience in the field of metrology
  • Solid knowledge in Matlab
  • Structured and analytical approach
  • Prepared to accept responsibility for employees
  • Good communication and team-work skills
  • High degree of flexibility and creativity in a start-up environment
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German (written and oral)
  • Willingness to travel

Business Developer

Your tasks will be:

  • Identification of new business areas and sales opportunities in the B2B-sector
  • Lead-generation
  • Contribution to the successful development of the company as a part of the core team 
  • Presentations at trade shows, on-site support at clients and project partners
  • Initiation of business to successful completion 
  • Handling of customer inquiries
  • Development of sales strategies and sales material 

Your profile should include:

  • Your fascination with an innovative invention and the desire to engage yourself intensively with this technology
  • Entrepreneurial spirit combinded with achievement-oriented thinking
  • Technical university degree (Uni/FH)
  • Good communication skills, power of persuasion, strong finisher
  • Structured and analytical approach 
  • Preparedness to accept responsibility for employees
  • High degree of flexibility and creativity in a start-up environment
  • Willingness to travel
